WOWs
WOW is the word that describes our associates in action going above and beyond in guest service, teamwork, and job performance. This on the spot recognition program delivers a sincere “thank you” to the recipient and a coveted spot on the “Wall of WOWs”.

MVG cares about our community
Caring about each other and the community is in the hearts of our associates. From celebrating the wins of our local teams to participating in drives and fundraisers, MVG cares about our community. We are a proud supporter of the United Way of Warren County. Our associates generously donate canned goods, school supplies, and Christmas gifts in support of local drives for families in need. Caring about each other is shown by participating in events to raise money for our Associate Sunshine Fund. This fund is used to aid associates in need that have experienced catastrophic events through no fault of their own.
