We certainly missed the fun and exciting times with our guests like you and are looking forward to being able to enjoy everyone’s company again. Your wellness and safety are our top priorities so we have compiled a list of FAQs.

 

Please be patient and respectful with each other since there will be limited parking and possible guest queuing outside of our entrances. Our new hours of operation are 8AM – 4AM daily. We will be using that 4 hour closure for a daily deep clean. Additionally no person under 21 is allowed to enter the facility. Please stay connected with us on our website and social media for the latest details.


New Hours

Q. What are the new hours for Miami Valley Gaming?

A. We are open everyday 8am-4am.

Q. What are the hours for the at risk population?

A. Seniors are welcome at any time however beginning June 19th Seniors 60+ may come to MVG from 8-9am before the general public is admitted.


Health & Safety

Q. What safety changes have you made to help lessen the spread of COVID-19?

A. MVG will have thermal scanners at the entrance for a quick, non-invasive temperature check. If your temperature is not below 100.4 degrees MVG will provide a “cooling off” area right inside the front entrance.
Many of your favorite Video Lottery Terminals will be available, however, we have temporarily placed nearly half of the VLTs out of order to create proper social distancing. Social Distance floor stickers have been added in areas where guests queue. CDC and Responsible Restart Ohio signage is available for review on doors, walls, our website, stanchions, racing, cage, club and restrooms.

Everyone returning to work received enhanced COVID-19 training. Enhanced cleaning and sanitizing will be executed by every team member at Miami Valley Gaming. Additionally, during our 4 hour closure, we will do a daily deep clean. We have over 50 hand sanitizer units located throughout the gaming floor and at all entrances and high-touch locations. Glass partitions have been added to the cage, bars, restaurants, player’s club, racing desk and other employee areas to protect people.

Appropriate non-logoed masks are required for all MVG team members and we strongly encourage patrons to wear them as well. These masks should fully cover your mouth, nose and chin. All team members are temperature checked prior to work and we’ll ask that patrons do not enter the facility if they are experiencing any of the COVID-19 symptoms.

Finally, we will continue to monitor and respond to CDC and local health guidelines to protect our team members and the public. Our goal is to lessen the spread of COVID-19. #WeAreAllInThisTogether

Q: Where can I vape?

A: All guests wishing to vape must go to either the north or south smoking patios

Q: Will wheelchairs and/or mobility scooters be available?

A: At this time wheelchairs and mobility scooters will not be available.


MVG Club/Promotional Offers

Q. What will happen to my Miami Valley Gaming, Most Valuable Gamer Club Tier Status Points?

A. We will postpone Tier downgrades until January 1, 2021. Your Most Valuable Gamer Tier Status Points will not expire or change during our temporary closing. These Tier Points will remain active and your Tier Status will be the same when we reopen as it was prior when we closed.

Q. Will my VLT Points or Comp Dollars expire?

A. No. Any available VLT Points or Comp Dollar balances you had as of our closure date will be made available once we reopen. Visit the players club upon reopening for assistance.

Q. What happened to my Free Play and other promotional offers during the closure?

A. March 2020 weekly CORE free play offers will be valid Sun June 21st - Thurs June 25 & Sun June 28th - Thurs July 2nd.
Unfortunately, March gift’s, qualifier and birthday promotions cannot be implemented with proper social distancing. Per OLC regulations, offers are only available during their approved dates and we are doing our best to extend offers where we can. Please watch your mailbox, many MVG card holders will be receiving exciting new offers for July 2020.

Q. What happens to my drawings entries?

A. All drawing promotions scheduled during our closure have been canceled. You will start earning new drawing entries for future promotions upon reopening.

Q. What will happen to my birthday promotion?

A. Unfortunately, all drawing promotions scheduled during our closure have been canceled due to social distancing limitations.

Q. What will happen to my gift promotion?

A. Unfortunately, gift promotions scheduled during our closure have been postponed until a later time when we can socially distance safely for our patrons.


Cash Out & Racing Vouchers

Q. What if my VLT Machine (TITO) Cash-Out Voucher expired while the racino was temporarily closed?

A. We worked with our OLC regulator to get approval to extend the valid date for any VLT machine cash-out voucher that expired beyond the date of our closure for 30 days. Take your voucher to the cage for redemption.

Q. What if my Racing Ticket Voucher expired while the racino was temporarily closed?

A. Racing ticket vouchers expire after one year. If you have an expired racing voucher, please see a racing attendant and we will work together on issuing the funds. Take the voucher to the racing desk for redemption.


WIN/LOSS Statements & W-2G Requests

Q. How can I request my Win/Loss statement?

A. Please stop by Player Services or use one of our marketing kiosks. Additionally, MVG club members who need a copy of their 2019 Win/Loss statement should email us at win.loss@mvgrllc.com. Please include your complete name and address as it appears on your photo ID and a telephone number we can reach you at if necessary. If you have your MVG Club Card number handy, please include it too.

Q. How can I request my W-2Gs?

A. Please stop by Player Services or use one of our marketing kiosks. Additionally, MVG club members who need a copy of their 2019 W2G tax form should email us at win.loss@mvgrllc.com Please include your complete name and address as it appears on your photo ID and a telephone number we can reach you at if necessary. If you have your MVG Club Card number handy, please include it too.
